*Increase your ability to cope with stress, stressful situations, improve self-esteem, feelmore alive and renew your enthusiasm for life and work. Mindfulness teaches us how to approach life, stress and stress related anxieties skillfully.
This course is designed to teach mind and body awareness techniques that allow for living with more ease in dealing with common daily stress, physical ailments or psychological symptoms due to stress, pain, or illness. The class is based on the methods of Jon Kabat-Zinn, which was featured on the Bill Moyers’ special, “Healing And The Mind.”

Free Orientation:
One All Day Session:
9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Zen Hospice Project Building 273 Page St @ Laguna; San Francisco, CA.
Fee: $295.00 + 55.00 for class material fees. Includes workbook, two CD’s and a copy of “Full Catastrophe Living” by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
